All prices include VAT applicable in the destination country (collected via Stripe Tax / IOSS as required). Prices are quoted in the currency selected at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order acceptance.

## 4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. Acceptance may be refused for reasons including but not limited to: stock outage, suspected fraud, shipping to a restricted country, or pricing error.

## 5. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is **7–14 business days from order confirmation** to the EU member states we ship to. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the confirmation email, please contact us — we will refund or resend at our discretion (full refund available on request).

## 6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in EU)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons; custom-made or personalized items; perishables.

## 7. Warranty (legal guarantee)

EU consumers benefit from a **2-year legal guarantee** under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on faulty goods. Contact us within 2 months of discovering a defect; we may repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund.

We accept payment methods offered by Stripe Inc. Your payment data is processed by Stripe under their terms — we never see or store your full card number.

## 9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written consent.

## 10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
